What makes your site different from any other mental health blogs?
The true difference is honesty. I am not aiming to make mental health and recovery seem like a simple journey and refuse to portray a “perfect” or “aesthetic” lifestyle. I do my best to be as real, raw and authentic as possible.
Life is very beautiful but the hardships in life are not any less real.
Is this blog relevant to people who don’t necessarily struggle with mental health?
Definitely,BWBE is for everyone. We should all aim to be and feel the best version of ourselves. The site includes motavation, tips and information that if useful for general wellbeing on subjects such as self love,care and acceptance,building good habits and much more.
